With reference to the Odfjell SE (the "Company") 4Q24 report of 6 February 2025. The Board of Directors have approved a dividend payment of USD 0.78 per share based on the Company's second half 2024 financial result.

  • Dividend in currency: NOK 8.74 per outstanding share, based on the Bloomberg USDNOK fix (BFIX) at 09:00hrs CET on 7 February 2025

  • Record date: 13 February 2025
  • Payment date: 20 February 2025
