2022 highlights:

- EBIT of USD 224 million, compared to USD 47 million in 2021
- Total dividend of USD 66 million for FY 2022 based on the company’s new dividend policy
- Improved contract portfolio and a fourth consecutive year of positive CoA renewals for Odfjell Tankers
- Odfjell Terminals perform well, delivering healthy financial results and activity levels across the portfolio
- Decarbonization continues: Carbon intensity for Odfjell’s controlled fleet was reduced by another 5,5%, now 49% lower than the 2008 reference value
